Gift voucher can be sent directly to your recipient's address and you can add a personal note for us to include on the gift card, in the shopping cart area of the check out. This is a gift of real care and kindness.
You can add multiple gift vouchers to your cart to total any amount. All vouchers are eligible for twelve months and can be used as full or part payment for any of our available products and services; including 1-1 therapies, retreats, workshops and even any products from our Mindful Wellness & Lifestyle shop.
Gift Vouchers - for all Retreats and Therapies
Customers have the right to return their purchase within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange, please notify of us of your return request within 7 days of when you received the item:
- Email justbreathe@heal-hoilstic.co.uk quoting your order ID and advising of the reason for return.
- You will then receive the return address and a return reference number, by email.
- Send the unused, undamaged voucher (with gift, gift box and gift card if applicable) back to us within 14 days of notifying including the return reference number and ensuring to keep the proof of postage.
- Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in all original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Lost or damaged items will not be refunded
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders will be sent 1st class. During busy times, all efforts will be made to ensure your delivery arrives on time. There may be delays with the delivery service for which we do not have control over or take responsibility for. Your right to return is not affected.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You can have any gift box shipped straight to whoever your gifting. Simply add the name and address of where you want it shipping in the shipping details and add your personal note for the gift card in the 'add a note' section in the shopping cart
Free local delivery is available for orders over £20 within 3 miles. For orders under £20, we charge £3 for local delivery. Your delivery cost will be refunded/deducted following check out. Deliveries are made bewteen 2-6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day.
